Payment Method
Due to many of our customers are U.S. based, prices are in listed in U.S. currency.
We accept PayPal account and all major credit cards. Credit cards are processed thru PayPal checkout, but you do not require a PayPal account.

Taxes
British Columbia - 12% HST will be added.
Other Canadian Provinces - 12% HST will be added.
U.S. - 12% HST will be added. All applicable custom, brokerage fees, states taxes and specialty charges are the sole responsibility of the client.
International - Our apologies, but we are unable to serve clients outside of Canada and U.S. at this time.
Shipping Information
Regular orders are delivered via Canada Post. As most of our items are small, shipping is via Small Packet. Once shipped, we will email you a notification. Please allow 4-6 weeks for Canada and U.S. deliveries. At this time, we are unable to fill orders outside of Canada and U.S.
For Rush orders, please email us for price quote as alternate delivery method must be arranged.

Our Guarantee
All our products are manually inspected and carefully packaged for shipment.
In the unusual instance where any item is damaged during shipping, please email us within 2 business days upon receipt of merchandise. We will gladly replace if available, exchange or refund the item. We will cover the return shipping costs if required.
Returns
Unless damaged during shipping, returns will not be accepted after 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Please email us for return instructions and authorization. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
Backorder/Discontinued Items
If an item is on backorder or discontinued, we will contact you within 2 business days for a substitution, or refund.
Privacy
Customer information is strictly used by Ravishing Reflections only. We will never share or sell client data.
